Balance and Vestibular Program
The balance and vestibular program at HSRM outpatient facility offers education and training to people with vestibular (dizziness) and balance disorders. Your sense of balance is composed of three separate body systems: vision, sensation and inner ear function. If you have problems with any of these areas, your balance may be affected. The objective of this program is to decrease your dizziness and improve your balance.

- Treatment sessions generally last 45-60 minutes, one to two times per week for 2 to 8 weeks. Treatments may focus on flexibility, conditioning and specific balance and vestibular exercises.
